Our products are only available to purchase to those living in the UK mainland.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse through the shop, select the products you wish to purchase and press the “Add to Basket” button. When you have finished shopping go to “Checkout”. New customers are invited to create an account and returning customers simply need to login. Delivery costs are also shown in the shopping cart.
Secure online payments
We offer a secure payment system, allowing you to choose which card you would like to use. Payments are processed using PayPal, which is used worldwide and has an excellent reputation. Please note: you can use most credit and debit cards (you do not need to have a PayPal account).
By using a third party payment provider to handle all online payments we don't even see your credit card details. Any data that is passed from our website to PayPal is encrypted to ensure that is cannot be read or tampered with. We do keep a note of your contact details and order history to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, but we do not make this available to third parties. If you wish to see the data that we have for you please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders received before 1:00pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. For items that are not in stock we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. We understand that fast delivery is important to you but like all internet retailers we rely on commercial carriers and we rely on you to be available to accept the carriers deliveries. We use Royal Mail Recorded for smaller packages and Tracked for larger orders. Dispatch times quoted are subject to stock availability at our suppliers. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched and inform you when you can expect your delivery to arrive.
We deliver to the UK mainland only. Delivery is Free for orders over £50 within mainland UK and varies from £3.95 to £7.95 where delivery charges are applicable. Delivery to some postcodes including Northern Scotland, are subject to additional handling charge by our carriers which we have to pass on. Delivery charges are shown in the shopping basket. We dispatch orders by overnight courier for next day delivery. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you would like delivery on a specific day however, please let us know.
Your order will usually be delivered before 12:00 unless you live in the Highland area of Scotland or other remote parts, it which case it will be before 16:00.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, however, we can sometimes send an order out the day after it has been placed - if you are in a hurry for it please give us a ring and we’ll do our very best.
All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed in polystyrene boxes with refrigerant pads to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey. Unless specified, everything is provided fresh, you can eat some of your order straightaway, or you can pop it straight into the freezer.
If faulty goods are received you must notify us within 3 working days. Where possible replacement parts will be dispatched and where not possible we will ask you to return the goods to us in line with our returns policy. Once we have verified the damage we will supply replacements as required. Where goods returned to us are in good working order we are not able to refund your return postage costs and we reserve the right to deduct our original postage costs and a restocking fee from any refund.
If you have any concerns in respect of your order or need to return an item to us please contact us first. We not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer which are not received, unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied. We will refund all sums paid by you, less the cost of return postage for UK residents only. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the product is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
